Science has finally caught up!
I remember when I was a kid, I was told via TV of all the great things that science was going to enable us to have by the new millennium - like hover cars, instant food, and jet packs. Well the new millennium is here and I am a little under-impressed.
But there is on area where science has finally delivered the goods: that is in the area of nutrition science. In recent years nutritional scientists have discovered ways to burn fat at a rate that until now only drugs could deliver. Let me explain.
Food Combinations Are Key
Drug company's have known for decades that certain combinations of chemicals produce supernormal fat loss. However, the fact that has been often overlooked is that foods are in fact chemicals too. All food is comprised of chemical bonds just like drugs are comprised of chemical bonds. So when these chemicals (foods) are combined you get specific results, just like how drugs are created.
This has led us to an understanding that our food combinations have a greater influence on your fat loss success than once thought.
Pay Attention To Timing
Timing has always been a factor in fat loss success. We have know for years that eating 6 meals every 2 and 1/2 hours delivers far better results than eating the same number of calories in only 3 meals (or 1 meal, ahemmm).
This type of timing is good, but a greater understanding of timing has emerged as nutritional scientists are looking at using foods in the same manner as drugs. Not only are they aware of the importance of timing on meal frequency, but also the importance of eating certain types of foods in a given period - called periodization.
These two principles have created a class of diets called Calorie Shifting diets. This is where the types of calories are shifted over time to keep the body burning fat at the fastest rate possible.
Don't Deny your Hormones
This leads us to our third factor: Hormones.
Drug companies have also known that hormones are the real powerhouse of fat loss world. In the past they have dangerously manipulated thyroid glands to produce more T1 and used drugs to get the hypothalamus gland to produce more HGH. They did this because they know that these potent hormones shed weight faster than Donald Trump spends cash.
