You see that guy or girl of your dreams, yet you know they won't be yours. You know that they won't even look at you. You know that, unfortunately, you're just too obese to be attractive to them.
You've tried all those weight loss courses, the diet pill, eating lean, yet none of it works. Why doesn't any of it work? I will explain if you allow me to take just 5 minutes of your time, I promise you that it will be worth it.
The reason dieting doesn't work for the vast majority of people is because of the way our subconscious mind works. Whenever we think of not eating a certain food, or sticking to a strictly lean diet, we are indirectly thinking, through our subconscious, about the food we'd really like to eat.
When you see that unappetizing, raw carrot, your subconscious is thinking "I'd really like a nice carrot cake with sweet icing". You don't even realise it, but your mind is automatically thinking of other more delicious foods that you're used to.
What this does is it causes your conscious mind to then salivate at the thought of having something sweet, of having a cake, or eating some meal that you enjoy. And sure enough, you do. Each and every time you go on a diet, your mind plays these tricks on you.
The thing is, is that most diets do work if only you were able to have the willpower to stick to them. That's easier said that done, so how do you obtain such willpower?
Allow me to explain to you how you can lose weight with hypnosis.
Hypnosis works by speaking to your subconscious mind and changing the fundamental way it thinks. If you use self hypnosis you can break that thought process that always makes you think of food, in fact, it can even turn you off certain types of food altogether.
So how do you use self hypnosis to achieve all this? How do you really lose weight with hypnosis?
All you need to do is enter into a very relaxed state, known as a "trance". When you're in this "state of trance" you're highly open to what's called "suggestion", where you're very submissive and everything that is said, you take literally.
If you were told "you will no longer think of any food outside of your diet" whilst you were in a trance, then you will, amazingly enough, no longer think of any food outside of your diet!
Knowing how to use self hypnosis may seem simple, but applying it effectively requires the expertise of a specialist.
A properly trained hypnotherapist can make you lose weight with hypnosis, because he or she knows exactly how to induce you into a trance-like state.
There are also a number of online courses that will teach you how to use self hypnosis through the use of audio recordings.
I recommend you seek the expertise of a hypnotherapist if possible. If however there are no hypnotherapists available in your area, then using an online course is the next best thing. Don't accept just any "lose weight with hypnosis" online course, as many of them are not made by trained specialists.
