Mini-Secret To Losing Weight

People are always searching for a cheat way to lose the weight and every day dieters go on the prowl to find new method. Losing weight has to be something that one commits oneself to do to achieve the necessary weight loss. Here are two ways in which you can start and will get the results you need to lose weight quickly

? The first secret to weight loss is to get a journal. You can get a printable weight loss journal online. You will need this to track your results. You must measure yourself and put all your measurement in it. I know this is very painful to do but you must do this. It will give you a clear picture of your starting point and ending point. Add entries in your journal everyday. This will make you accountable to yourself. Also you will have good days and bad days. On your bad days you can see how much progress you have made and this should be motivation to get you through the bad days. Finding a buddy to workout with is a great idea. This also keeps you motivated. ? The second secret is that you must drink your required amount of water. Weight loss and water goes hand in hand. I know you have heard this so many times but it is still worth repeating. Even thought you have heard it so many times, it is still amazing how many people still do not drink water.

Studies have shown that drinking approximately 17 ounces of water persons metabolic rate increase by a whopping 30%! The body's rate of burning calories increased by 30%, which tell you that drinking water and weight loss is a good combination to quickly lose weight. You should start off by drinking at least 8 ounces of water as you arise.

Try to get another 8 ounces before lunch. It would be ideal if you could have water during lunch instead of the soda that is normally consumed. Your water intake needs to be increased during your time of weight loss.

Not enough water will lead to you not seeing the results that you need. Try to have another 8 ounces after lunch around 3 o'clock would be great and then again before dinner. Try drinking water with dinner again and then another glass before you get to bed.

You should try this regiment to begin with and once you start changing your consumption of water, then you can push it up to the point where you have eliminated all your soda and have replaced it with water. Please note that you should stop drinking water at least two to three hours before bedtime. You do not want to have to get up to use the bathroom because of too much water intake.

Always remember to pace yourself in your weight loss plan. When you give yourself some room for error, you will find that you will succeed much faster. Starting on a weight loss program is key, stick to it and seeing result is even more important.
