Using frozen green tea bags could also help. Green tea contains EGCG, a substance which has anti-inflammatory properties. Applying them to your eyes for about 15 minutes could help reduce under eye bags.

Say goodbye to water retention. Some people develop eye bags due to water retention, if so you need to address this problem first before you become eye bags free. Decreasing your sodium intake, drinking lots of water, and avoiding alcohol are some ways to avoid water retention.
