When I heard this I thought to myself, Well if that is all your eating of course you are going to lose weight, but is it safe?� This seams to be a very popular question with a lot of conflicting answers, but I would like to set the record straight.
Put simply, no, water with lemon for weight loss is not a safe way to lose weight. Think about it, your body needs hundreds of different vitamins minerals, and nutrients, to survive. Do you really think that you are going to get everything you need from water with lemon for weight loss? Of course not.
However there are some safe ways to lose weight through other "cleansing" methods, but you have to be very careful of what you do to your body. In other words what you are not eating could be doing just as much harm if not more than what you were eating in the first place.
There are also ways to screw up on a cleanse diet and end up gaining weight because you actually slow down your metabolism instead of speeding it up. Another danger of cleanse dieting the wrong way is that you might feel drained and out of energy instead of energized and lighter like you should feel when doing it right.
So how do you do it right? Good question, I have done a lot of cleanse dieting in the past and most of the time I did it wrong. I felt drained, tired, hungry, and in one case actually gained weight. Then I bought an e book that taught me everything I needed to know.
I don't think it would be right for me to plagiarize and tell you what I learned from that e book but I will tell you where to find it, and that I lost 22 pounds in 10 days following the instructions within. I felt great all the way through it and could not believe how helpful this information was. I now follow this cleanse on a regular basis and feel better than I have for years.
