Using Laxatives To Lose Weight

Want to lose weight but could not stem the appetite, as an alternative often take laxatives, if it could affect digestion?

Many people want to lose weight in ways that instant, like a slimming pill, do not eat at all, excessive exercise, bulimia (chronic eating disorder ) or using laxatives, which can cause a variety of physical disorders and in some cases can cause death.

Too many people use laxatives to lose weight quickly. Laxatives are available in various forms such as pills, powders, liquids and teas. Basically, instead of laxatives cause weight loss, but only cause the body to lose water weight.

Using laxatives is not a way of dieting technique, because it will increase the frequency of bowel movements that can result in electrolyte disturbances of the body which can cause complications later. The use of extremes can lead to constipation and hemorrhoids, Incorrect use also causes diarrhea, abdominal cramps, nausea, vomiting, fainting, rectal bleeding that can cause injury and even death.
