Listen, there is a lot of hype in the market right now about weight loss supplements. The stir is probably because of the extra money being spent on TV advertising with sexy models and "before and after" shots.

With all this hype it is easy to get confused, and end up buying products that cost a bundle and deliver no results - except making your pee expensive ; )

Products like Hydroxycut, and Xendrine fall into this category. They are in fact derived from natural plants and they are used to ramp up your metabolism with stimulants like caffein. The purpose is to cause the body to burn more energy and the hope is that this energy will come predominantly from fat stores.

With any research on supplements it is important to consider if the product is really natural. Look at actual customer testimonials and the press the thing is getting. And beware of the side effects because even Natural drugs can have serious side effects.
