1. You Must eat if you hungry and stop eat before full.

2. If you nor hungry and eat only for desire or fun, make sure that everything that you eat is something that fantastic and enjoy every chewing.

3. Find about yourself and don't judge your self.

4. Believe that you will be slim without do something cruel to your body.

5. Feel your emotion. if you angry. sad, fear, worry don't eat ! if you eat only for flowing your emotion, big possibility you well get obesity.

6. Stop everything that will change, in order to you will fell better. By living your own truth, you can be happy no matter what is going on "out there."

7. Eventhought you think that you alreadty fail, and then you must write the list of your food that you alredy eaten and read again that list, so you will be surprised.

8. Realize that if you eat when you are not hungry, so that food will not make you satisfied and make you comfortable but it only give you burden. "Food is not a good source of emotional comfort and it cannot fix you".

9. Remember, the Last is different with the Future, although we already join in alot of diet program, A lot of from us get obesitas in along time. it doesn't mean that we can't lose our weight but you already do the besrt."And when you know better- you do better- and you look better…".
